
"Do you want to grow up?" Frances asked.
Elsie thought for a moment. "Yes, I think I do."
"Even it means never seeing the faires again?" Frances persisted.
"It doesn't matter, not seeing again," said Elsie. "We'll never forget, like everybody else who grows up.Because we have the photographs.That why they're so important. Whenever we star to forget or pretend we never knew, we can look at them and we'll remember."
"I think I know how it is to be grown up." said Frances, thoughtfully. "It's when you can feel...how someone feels...who isn't you."
